DeGrow Lab

Degrow Lab was created after a walk in the Swiss Alps and grew from a pandemic hobby into a sustainable company with a focus on the planet over profit. The company produces artisanal kombucha with a strong emphasis on flavor, with every process managed internally, while also having a positive sustainable impact. Degrow aims to raise awareness about short chains and integrate sustainability into every taste, inspired by the Degrowth theory. They are committed to circular practices, such as sourcing orange peels from Peel Pioneers to add citrus flavor without having to use fresh oranges.

The team, consisting of Jaz, Gabriel, Lilly & Tom, implements innovative sustainable solutions, such as using cans with a deposit, deliveries by electric cargo bike and promoting biodiversity in collaboration with local food forests for flavors such as "Near". Collaboration with local designers for labels emphasizes their support of local artists.
