At Odds & Ends, residual fruit or potatoes are saved from food waste at the farmer or at restaurants. The botanicals, such as lemon peels and ginger, come from coffee bars and restaurants. They also use herbs from Wilderland such as spearmint, lemon balm and sorrel.
Odds & Ends is an initiative of Renate, Arnold & Frank, who started developing this product in 2020 and have the dream of launching a whole line of circular drinks.
