Also called the Kollumer Zoete Grauwe Erwt, is an old regional crop from the province of Friesland. Unlike many other peas, this one is somewhat sweeter in taste and has more flesh. Due to its thick skin and gray colors, the temple has a lot of 'bite' and a nice contrast. A real chef's favorite.
